Responsibilities
Support day-to-day management of the eBilling system.
Collaborate with stakeholders and law firms for onboarding, training, and compliance.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Manage rejected invoices and international invoice AP processing.
Build ad hoc reports and conduct training for legal and finance teams.
Participate in eBilling platform integration with Oracle projects.
Maintain relationships with external law firms and legal service providers.
Facilitate vendor onboarding and billing policy acknowledgment processes.
Coordinate and execute system training for global legal and finance teams.
Resolve issues related to new legal matters.
Validate data mapping between eBilling and workflow systems.
Additional legal operations initiatives may be supported as needed.

Required
3+ years of experience in legal eBilling (preferably in-house or with a law firm)
Strong Legal eBilling platform experience (preferably Brightflag)
Familiarity with legal billing practices and fee arrangements
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Slack, and other software tools
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
