Responsibilities

Establish and own creative processes to manage legal intake, reduce legal spend, and resolve friction that might slow operations.
Onboard Rula’s new Contract Lifecycle Management system.
Responsible for entity maintenance, corporate and medical registrations, and other operational processes.

Required

3-5 years in business operational and/or project management roles
Experience working in high-growth, fast-paced corporate environments
Experience working on cross-functional teams
Experience in devising systems and processes for business departments (Legal or otherwise)

Preferred

Direct experience implementing and managing a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system.
Specific experience performing a similar role for a legal department, either in-house or in a law firm.
Pro-active and creative outlook and style. Excellent communicator.
Paralegal (or similar) experience, contract negotiation experience
Experience with regulatory and/or corporate filings
