Responsibilities
Build, cultivate, and develop relationships with law firm partners to assess ways you can help position them in the perfect firms!
Facilitate lead generation through networking, list building, and online recruiting activity
Perform calls with law firm partners to discover what type of firm will be the best fit for their practices
Meet with partners, mostly over Zoom, in order to deepen relationships and understand career paths and goals
Guide partners through the process of developing a long term plan for their books of business
Identify a list of target firms for each candidate, discuss, and evaluate
Set up interviews, prepare partners for interviews
Act as the consistent and steady concierge for the firms and partners as you debrief both sides and narrow down the list to get to the offer stage
Guide partners through the process of completing their Lateral Partner Questionnaire.
Negotiate mutually beneficial deals with law firms and partners

Required
At least 3 years of law firm partner-level recruiting experience is required
The ability to work in a fully remote environment
Demonstrable, strong previous relationships with candidates and law firms
A commitment to growing and developing your legal recruiting career
