Responsibilities
Source and interview candidates for various legal support roles, including paralegals, legal project managers, conflicts attorneys, contract managers, etc.
Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing and relationship-building.
Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding, on behalf of your candidates and clients.
Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to identify and attract candidates.

Required
Paralegal Certificate or JD or 2+ years of paralegal experience within a law firm or corporate legal department.
Strong understanding of legal support roles and the skills required for success in these positions.
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
Preferred
Proven experience in legal recruitment, preferably within a law firm or legal staffing agency, is a plus.
Prior sales experience (retail, client services, business development, real estate), is a plus.
The ability to sit in Irvine to facilitate candidate and client meetings is strongly preferred.
