Responsibilities
Manage attorney calendars and meeting schedules
Draft, format, and proofread legal documents
Conduct legal research and compile case information
Maintain paper and electronic files
Assist with attorney timekeeping
Coordinate travel and logistics
Process expense reports and reimbursements in Chrome River

Required
Bachelor’s degree required
5+ years of Legal Secretary experience
Must have experience in the Trusts & Estates practice area
Tech savvy and experienced in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Strong verbal and written communicator with outstanding customer service skills
