Responsibilities
Drafting, formatting, proofreading, and redlining transactional and corporate legal documents
Presentations, reports, forms, agreements, correspondence, and more
General file management
Heavy calendaring and schedule management
Anticipating attorney needs
Answering and responding to subpoenas
Other tasks as assigned

Required
3 - 5+ years of transactional legal secretary experience
Corporate experience
Strong experience in understanding, receiving and responding to subpoenas
Document drafting (contracts, amendments, NDA's, etc.)
Strong computer proficiency, especially with MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
High accuracy and attention to detail when proofreading, typing, and with client billing
Solid organizational and time management skills
Ability to work well independently
Great communication and interpersonal skills
Helpful, no-job-too-small mindset
Preferred
Experience in a large firm
Witness preparation experience
