Responsibilities
Provide specialized high-level administrative support in a specific legal area.
Contribute to the development and improvement of section/unit procedures.
Manage complex calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements for attorneys and/or executives.
Prepare and review legal documents and correspondence with utmost attention to detail.
Coordinate and facilitate meetings and conferences, including preparation of agendas, meeting materials, and minutes.
Assist in the preparation and review of financial documents, budgets, and reports.
Conduct legal research and compile relevant information for executive decision-making.
Organize and maintain files and systems, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries and requests.
Collaborate with legal teams and provide assistance in preparing presentations and reports.
Prepare expense reports, track invoices, and handle billing matters.
Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and maintain strict confidentiality protocols.

Preferred
Prior experience supporting executives or senior-level attorneys is preferred.
A minimum of 10+ years of experience as a legal secretary or executive assistant in a legal environment. Supervisory experience is a plus.
In-depth knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using office software and legal research tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
Discretion and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to anticipate needs.
