Obtained Insurance License for Life & Health in Resident State (We can assist in licensing, if not)
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Comfortable using technology and learning new software platforms

Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required
