Responsibilities

Handle a high volume of inbound calls and SMS with motivated real-time buyers
Utilize a rating system, multiple carrier portals and a CRM to prepare personalized auto and home quotes with top 10 insurers including Progressive, Allstate, Travelers, SafeCo, etc.
Learn our proprietary systems quickly and give constant feedback to our internal product teams to make it the best in class.
Help improve internal processes to adapt to our seamless and digital consumer experience
Provide your experienced advice and recommendations to customers

Required

An active P&C insurance license
Multiple years of experience selling personal lines auto & home
Multiple years of experience handling customer service calls or experience in a call center
Excellent communication, organization and multi-tasking skills
Experience selling a choice model with multiple carriers across states
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and in creating long-lasting relationships

Preferred

Technology-forward: tech company experience preferred
Call center or remote experience a bonus
Bonus: you are Bilingual and can communicate fluently with our Spanish-speaking customers
