Responsibilities
Drive sales and revenue by assisting customers in making healthcare decisions over the phone
Meet and exceed monthly sales and performance goals
Complete transactional sales through closing
Adhere to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) Medicare Marketing Guidelines and company policies and procedures
Make outbound calls to follow up on and close business
Other duties and projects will be assigned as needed

Required
MUST CURRENTLY HOLD AN ACTIVE HEALTH INSURANCE LICENSE
High School Diploma required
Strong communication skills
Excellent computer software skills (e.g. Word, Excel, Project and Internet skills)
Preferred
Experience selling Medicare Advantage & Medicare Supplement/Medigap is preferred
Experience selling Individual and/or senior insurance products via the telephone
Call center experience preferred
Must be flexible in hours you are able to work (possible weekends)
Overtime, including weekends, may be required throughout the duration of AEP
