Responsibilities

Provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families, virtually or in-person (at select locations).

Conduct assessments, provide diagnoses, and develop treatment plans and complete progress notes. Ongoing, you will reassess and update treatment plans as your clients progress through treatment.

Collaborate with other clinicians and professionals in an interdisciplinary approach to care.

Must be willing and able to submit all client documentation within 72 hours of a client visit.

Are required to consistently maintain caseload requirements based on employment agreement.

Are responsible for caseload management, including schedule maintenance, charge slips, and speaking with clients about high balances and consistent attendance.

Required

Active, independent California Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Psychologist

Permanent residence within a state in which Foresight operates (CA residence required for hybrid)

Not opted out from Medicare

Access to reliable and stable internet

Proficient with technology, including but not limited to using an EHR (Electronic Health Record) and tools, such as Zoom, Google Suite, and Dayforce
