Responsibilities
Conduct psychological assessments/intakes and craft personalized psychotherapy plans, integrating evidence based practices.
Diagnose mental health and substance use disorders, aligning with Noma's comprehensive care approach.
Deliver telehealth evidence based psychotherapy, ensuring quality and continuity of care.
Collaborate with Noma's interdisciplinary team and external partners for cohesive patient care plans.
Maintain detailed patient records in Noma's EHR system and contribute to the evolution of care systems and solutions.
Participate in professional development programs as required. Other duties may be assigned that are essential to this position.

Required
Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Master in Clinical Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology, plus five (5) years of experience providing psychotherapy services to patients in a psychiatric or medical setting.
Active State of Colorado License as a Licensed Clinical Psychotherapist at the time of employment. Also, licensure must permit the psychologist to function independently and without supervision in Colorado.
An active NPI number at the time of employment.
Eligibility for hire requires passing a background check, having no open licensing board complaints, unrestricted licensure, no more than one open malpractice claim, and no probated licenses.
Proficient in technology and experienced with telehealth, and willing to conduct psychotherapy sessions using a telehealth video platform.
PHYSICAL – May be required to lift up to approximately 25 pounds; frequently sit/stand at a computer; use keyboard/mouse or comparable input device; and handle/use additional devices required for telehealth.
VISION – Close vision with or without corrective lenses is required.
SPEAKING/HEARING – Ability to give and receive information.
Preferred
Experience in telehealth psychotherapy, with interest or background in psychedelics for behavioral health and substance use disorder treatment.
You are proficient in cognitive behavioral therapies, are aware of psychotherapy principles, practices, relevant laws and regulations and adhere to all other pertinent regulatory guidelines, including HIPAA.
Strong communication and problem solving skills, adaptable to startup environments, and effective in collaborative care models.
You have language skills, particularly Spanish fluency, which is advantageous.
You are proficient with G-Suite, Microsoft Office, and project management software.
You are willing to attend training that will enhance your skills to provide optimal clinical service delivery.
