Responsibilities
Identify, recruit, and onboard high-performing agents and staff to build a strong, dynamic team.
Foster professional growth through ongoing mentorship, coaching, and performance feedback.
Set clear performance expectations, sales goals, and accountability measures for team members.
Cultivate a collaborative and results-driven work environment that aligns with the organization’s values and goals.
Engage directly with prospects to maximize results from direct-to-consumer advertising initiatives.
Identify, qualify, and close new leads, ensuring a consistent pipeline of sales opportunities.
Work with agents specializing in life settlements to drive life insurance and annuity sales through our platform.
Develop and execute strategies to expand the brokerage's market presence and client base.
Collaborate with leadership to align team objectives with the overall business goals.
Utilize data and analytics to refine sales approaches and optimize team effectiveness.
Guide the team in identifying, qualifying, and closing high-value sales opportunities.
Provide hands-on support in complex sales situations, including client meetings and negotiations.

Required
Demonstrated success in building and maintaining professional relationships with clients and advisors.
Competitive and energetic personality with a strong drive to achieve results.
Bachelor’s degree and life insurance certifications required.
10+ years of experience in sales within financial services and/or insurance.
