Responsibilities
Design and implement advanced email, SMS, and in-app marketing campaigns using Iterable.
Build new tools to personalize messaging, product recommendations, and suggested deals leveraging data.
Develop segmentations and customer journeys based on behaviors and preferences to improve engagement and conversion rates.
Conduct continuous A/B testing and optimization on email campaigns.
Collaborate with AI & data teams to enhance campaigns with new product feeds, recommendation engines, and deal alerts.
Analyze campaign performance and report metrics to leadership.
Ensure email campaigns comply with legal guidelines and domain health metrics are top-notch.

Required
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or related field.
4+ years of experience in email marketing, and managing large databases with high-volume email senders.
Demonstrated passion for AI and its applications in digital marketing.
Growth-minded “builder” mentality–bring receipts of how you’ve done it in other places.
Proven track record of developing and executing profitable email or SMS campaigns, and complex customer journeys.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in metrics-driven marketing.
Excellent communication and collaborative skills to work effectively across teams.
