Lifecycle Marketing Manager

Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention across all customer journey stages.
Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, activation, retention, and reactivation.
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of lifecycle marketing campaigns, using metrics and KPIs to drive continuous improvement and report on performance to stakeholders.
Map out and continuously refine the customer journey, identifying key touchpoints and opportunities for engagement and improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and competitor strategies to inform and enhance lifecycle marketing efforts.

Required
3-5 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, customer retention, or a similar role, preferably in a SaaS or compliance-related industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proficiency with Salesforce and marketing analytics
