Responsibilities
Develop and manage strategies for email, SMS, and loyalty programs to increase engagement and retention.
Create customer lifecycle journeys tailored to user segments, including acquisition/onboarding, post-purchase, winback, and loyalty initiatives.
Lead the execution of all email, SMS, and loyalty campaigns, including content planning, implementation, and performance reporting.
Continuously optimize marketing efforts through A/B testing, segmentation, and behavioral targeting to maximize engagement and repeat purchase rates.
Drive the creation of automated and triggered campaigns, ensuring touchpoints align with customer behavior and business goals.
Monitor and analyze retention metrics such as repeat purchase rates, customer LTV, and engagement KPIs to evaluate program success.
Use data and analytics to inform personalization strategies, enhance segmentation, and identify opportunities for growth.
Pilot new channels, such as Direct Mail, to engage existing audiences and convert leads who have not purchased.
Work closely with product, site merchandising, creative, and customer experience teams to create cohesive campaigns aligned with business priorities.
Partner with marketing analytics to track performance and forecast opportunities, ensuring programs are both effective and scalable.
Develop processes to streamline campaign management and improve team efficiency.
Stay ahead of industry trends in lifecycle marketing, leveraging innovative tools and strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Required
3-5 years of lifecycle or retention marketing experience in a direct-to-consumer (DTC) or e-commerce organization, with expertise in email, SMS, and loyalty programs.
Hands-on experience with top-tier CRM platforms such as Klaviyo and Attentive.
Proven track record of designing and executing retention strategies that improve customer engagement and drive repeat purchases.
Proficient in data analysis and campaign performance tracking, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
Strong project management and organizational skills, with experience managing workflows across internal and external teams.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally to achieve goals.
Creative mindset with a focus on customer-first strategies and innovation.
Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and Shopify Plus.
Experience with automation and personalization techniques, ensuring tailored experiences across the customer lifecycle.
Preferred
Previous experience on DTC brand, beauty experience a plus.
