Required
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active membership in the New York State Bar.
Minimum of 7 years of experience practicing as a LIHTC Attorney.
In-depth knowledge of LIHTC regulations, tax laws, and real estate transactions.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Must have experience on the developer side of transactions.
Ideally seeking someone who can manage the deal process with little to no oversight.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
