Responsibilities

Provide offline email support as well as occasional support via voice to Zillow clients and internal sales pros

Work through routine listing problems that arise post-launch.

Help clients set up community feeds.

Ensure that we are exceeding our customers’ billing needs and resolve any requests within the handling of their account.

Be a standout colleague - be willing and able to communicate with all customers and members of other departments openly.

Assist with regular and routine account maintenance

Participate in feedback sessions with support and engineering teams

Assist in the training and onboarding of newly hired Listing Support Consultants

Troubleshoot sophisticated listing issues (feed issues, payment research, boost, mapping issues)

Required

Possess a high energy, and strong desire to achieve top results with a personable, positive 'can do' demeanor via phone and in person.

High degree of ownership and dedication to work quickly and accurately in a constantly evolving environment.

Ability to stay organized and handle a lot on your plate.

Proficient in MS Office applications.

High level of organization and attention to detail.

Salesforce experience required.

Confident in working and communicating with outside team members and departments.

Able to analyze and identify the root cause.
