Responsibilities
Prepare correspondence and legal documents such as pleadings, briefs, affidavits, motions, and all types of discovery.
Conduct legal research and analysis regarding a broad range of legal matters, including those involving tort or contract issues, intellectual property issues, U.S. food and beverage regulatory matters, commercial disputes, and labor and employment matters, among others.

Required
Minimum of four (4) of experience practicing litigation in a top-tier U.S. law firm preferred.
JD from an accredited law school.
Strong knowledge of California procedural and substantive law.
Excellent analytical, organizational, verbal and written skills required.
Participate independently in a fast-paced environment with short deadlines, requiring responsiveness and availability during work hours.
Member in good standing of California State Bar.
