Responsibilities

Ability to do general litigation in any area except Employment or IP, including Securities, Contract Disputes, User Harm Cases, etc.

Manage and oversee litigation matters, including coordinating with outside counsel and internal stakeholders.

Provide strategic legal advice to the company on litigation risks and opportunities.

Draft and review pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.

Conduct legal research and analysis on complex litigation issues.

Advise on pre-litigation disputes and develop strategies to minimize legal risks.
