Responsibilities
Support attorneys in a busy litigation practice area.
Greet guests, answer inquiries in person or by phone.
Transcribe, format, and manage text, data, and graphics.
Prepare legal documents, organize client conferences, and coordinate appointments.
Maintain attorney calendar and monitor deadlines.
Communicate effectively with clients, court personnel, and other parties.
Submit billable time and expenses, prepare and manage invoices.
Utilize electronic filing systems.
Participate in special projects as needed.

Required
High School Diploma required.
3-5 years of experience as a legal secretary in a law firm litigation group.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Adobe Software.
Experience with iManage, case management databases, and billing systems.
Strong communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Willingness to work additional hours and weekends.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
