Required
At least 3-6 years of experience in litigation
Experience in financial services litigation
Ability to handle all phases of litigation
Substantial in-court experience, including drafting and arguing substantive discovery, dispositive and injunctive relief motions and appeals
Well organized, self-motivated, personable team player
Strong academic and professional credentials
Admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York or New Jersey and Pennsylvania
Preferred
Bankruptcy and class action litigation experience
Admission in all three jurisdictions (New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania)
