Responsibilities
Responding to defamation claims;
Responding to regulatory inquiries regarding content moderation and privacy compliance;
Responding to user data requests;
Drafting responses to third-party subpoenas;
Handling IP litigation (trademark and copyright);
Handling employment litigation;
Advising on the use of data to train AI models;
Advising on the use of user-generated content.

Required
Experience in litigation, particularly in-house litigation needs.
Ability to respond to defamation claims.
Experience responding to regulatory inquiries regarding content moderation and privacy compliance.
Ability to respond to user data requests.
Experience drafting responses to third-party subpoenas.
Experience handling IP litigation (trademark and copyright).
Experience handling employment litigation.
Ability to advise on the use of data to train AI models.
Ability to advise on the use of user-generated content.
Preferred
Experience from the digital and social media spaces.
