Responsibilities
Deeply understand the video AI ecosystem, including generative AI, computer vision, and legacy ML
Extensive experience in building developer products, and understand what it takes to onboard developers onto a new tool
Working experience with image and video AI models (both diffusion and LLM), and know how to evaluate performance characteristics of these models
Deep familiarity with AI developer tooling
Iterate quickly with a small product and engineering team to identifying, derisking, and execute on value-generating product offerings

Required
Deeply understand the video AI ecosystem, including generative AI, computer vision, and legacy ML

Deep familiarity with AI developer tooling

Strong ability to create clarity out of ambiguity, and a can-do attitude
Stellar written, verbal, and organizational skills
At least 8 years of experience in an engineering role
Preferred
3-5 years of AI Product development experiences are highly desirable
Technical expertise in either video workflows or video-centric AI (bonus points if you’ve done both)
Strong bias for action and accountability
Some technical skills are highly desirable
+ GANs and VAEs model usage application experiences
+ TensorFlow

+ TensorRT optimization in real production
+ Triton inference server
+ ONNX Runtime
+ Tensorflow serving
+ High performing API in high concurrent and low latency env
Background as a founder or early engineer of a developer-facing product
