Responsibilities

Understand client and project objectives to define methodology, job design, guidelines, recruitment requests, and quality management plan

Lead project teams in a matrix environment to ensure end-to-end delivery against project scope, timeline and budget

Provide regular project status reporting, such as productivity, quality, financial health, and other key performance metrics

Manage and escalate risks, and undertake recovery actions as necessary

Provide clear communications to internal and external stakeholders

Prepare client deliverables, including data and reports

Lead internal PPRs and participate in program improvement initiatives to improve Appen’s LLM delivery capabilities
