Responsibilities
Develop and execute automated test scripts using LoadRunner for performance testing.
Perform load, stress, and performance testing to evaluate application performance under various conditions.
Analyze performance results and identify bottlenecks or issues.
Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure quality and performance standards are met.
Report defects and collaborate to resolve performance issues.
Create and maintain test scripts and test cases for performance testing.
Ensure continuous improvement of automation processes.

Required
3-5 years of experience in QA automation and performance testing.
Strong experience with LoadRunner for creating and executing performance tests.
Proficiency in scripting languages like Java or VBScript.
Familiarity with performance testing concepts and tools.
Good understanding of HTTP, APIs, and databases.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
