Responsibilities
Be the first person to reach out to the client and setup appointments to speak with the loan officer.
Manage Loan officer client database / CRM
Assist LO with general administrative tasks related client database and agent partners
Obtain missing information and initial documents from client
Input loan application data provided by the LO or borrower/client directly into Encompass or CRM as applicable
Communicate loan status with referral sources, escrow, Loan Processing, and/or Realtors as needed.
Set-up meetings with various potential referral partners
Help manage pipelines
Build relationships with internal and external partners
Be advocate for sales/broker offices
Manage pipeline of 80 to 90 loans

Required
High school diploma or equivalent
2 plus years of current mortgage banking either as an LO or loan processor
Familiarity with DU, LP, and Encompass
Ability to provide outstanding customer service in fast paced environment
Ability to multitask and to reprioritize tasks as needed
Self-starter with excellent written and oral communication skills as well as good follow up and organizational skills
Working knowledge of RESPA, MDIA, HMDA, HOEPA, SAFE ACT and familiar with TILA requirements
Results oriented
Ability to collaborate with others in a team setting
Preferred
NMLS License is a PLUS
