Responsibilities
Build, source, and maintain client relationships.
Originate loans and analyze loan portfolios daily.
Collaborate with Sales Manager and Marketing to identify opportunities to meet loan volume goals.
Work directly with borrowers from intake to close, ensuring an efficient and accurate process.
Business development, including travel within your assigned territory.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly loan production goals

Required
Bachelor’s Degree
Strong computer skills
Efficient, accurate, and organized
Highly self-motivated and disciplined
Preferred
Mortgage servicing: 2 years or more (a plus)
Sales experience
Real Estate experience
Familiarity with a CRM
Cold calling experience
