Calculate complex income

Required
Minimum 5 years in operations mortgage industry role as underwriter, loan officer assistant, processor, etc
NMLS Licensed
Work 8:30-5:30 Pacific Time Zone
5 star customer service and confident communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Extremely high attention to detail and accuracy
Friendly and positive attitude
Previous daily work within a CRM
Flexible ability to take on new challenges at short notice
Self motivated and take charge attitude
High level knowledge of how to qualify clients for loans
Complex income calculation experience
Ability to work remotely and independently with dedicated work space
