Originate and review loan files to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with lending regulations.
Evaluate loan applications for creditworthiness.

Maintain adherence to underwriting guidelines.
Cultivate relationships with real estate professionals and other stakeholders.
Track key performance indicators.

Required
Loan Origination and Basic Underwriting skills
Customer Service experience
Finance knowledge
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Preferred
Experience in the mortgage or financial industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field - Preferred but optional.
