Responsibilities
Originate and close real estate loans, including Fix-and-Flip, DSCR, Bridge, New Construction, and Portfolio loans.
Build and maintain relationships with real estate investors, brokers, and other key partners to drive consistent loan volume.
Guide clients through the loan process, tailoring financing solutions to meet their unique investment strategies.
Leverage IX’s state-of-the-art platform to provide clients with competitive pricing, quick pre-approvals, and seamless underwriting.
Stay informed on market trends and product updates to offer expert insights to clients.

Required
2+ years’ experience in private money or hard money lending.
Proven expertise in originating Fix-and-Flip, Bridge, DSCR, New Construction, and Portfolio loans.
Strong knowledge of real estate investment strategies and lending requirements.
Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed funding volume targets.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Preferred
An existing book of business with real estate investors and brokers.
Experience working in a fast-paced, remote environment with a results-driven focus.
