Responsibilities
Process new and follow-up rate lock requests and pricing changes from Loan Origination and Portal Software.
Provide support on pricing-related matters to outside sales and operations team members.
Monitor and report P&L.
Work closely with multiple departments to ensure accurate loan sales.
Provide guidance and support to loan origination staff.
Assist in training Capital Markets team members.
Communicate process improvements and corrective actions.
Monitor locked pipeline activity and expiration dates.
Identify and troubleshoot pricing system issues.
Action lock requests within required time frames.
Assist with additional training for lenders.
Communicate with Loan Originators on product/pricing scenarios.
Build, maintain, and enforce lock desk policies and procedures.
Handle additional responsibilities as needed.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Mathematics a plus.
1-4 years of experience in mortgage banking/lending or financial services role.
Strong organization, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Strong work ethic with a career-driven mindset.
Exceptional follow-up and problem-solving skills.
Advanced MS Office skills, with a special focus on Excel.
