Responsibilities
Process new and follow-up rate lock requests and pricing changes from Loan Origination and Portal Software.
Provide support on pricing matters through phone calls, emails, and ticket inquiries.
Monitor and report P&L.
Collaborate with different teams to ensure quick and accurate loan sales.
Provide guidance to loan origination staff and assist in their training and development.
Communicate with various departments for process improvements and corrective actions.
Monitor and report on locked pipeline activity and expiration dates.
Identify and troubleshoot pricing system issues and propose solutions.
Action lock requests within required time frames to ensure proper revenue.
Assist with additional training for lenders.
Communicate with Loan Originators regarding product/pricing scenarios and act as the main point of contact for third parties.
Build, maintain, and enforce lock desk policies and procedures.
Handle additional responsibilities as needed.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Mathematics a plus.
1-4 years of experience in mortgage banking/lending or financial services role.
Strong organization, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Strong work ethic with a career-driven mindset.
Exceptional follow-up and problem-solving skills.
Advanced MS Office skills, with a special focus on Excel.
