Responsibilities

Record load lists consisting of all material loaded on outbound trucks.

Identify and mark materials, products, and samples according to instructions.

Follow all required safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area.

Assist in shipping and invoicing completed orders using AccPac.

Contact customers to schedule material deliveries.

Code and submit vendor invoices to accounts payable.

Lead overtime/weekend quarry operations.

Perform product and production quality checks.

Conduct cycle counts and update inventory as needed.

Ensure proper safety and incident reporting procedures are followed.

Assist Materials Marketing in shipping and paperwork tasks.

Support quarry manager with employee functions and delegation.

Perform any other duties as assigned.

Required

Record load lists: Consisting of all material loaded on all outbound trucks.

Identify and mark materials, products, and samples, following instructions.

Must follow all required safety guidelines and maintain a clean and safe work area.

In AccPac, assist in shipping and invoicing completed orders.

Contacting customers to schedule material deliveries.

Code and Submit vendor invoices to accounts payable for payment.

Overtime/weekend quarry lead.

Product and production quality check

Cycle counts and inventory check/update as needed.

Ensure that proper safety and incident reporting procedures are always followed.

Assist Materials Marketing in shipping and paperwork aspects.

Assist quarry manager with quarry employee functions and delegation.

All other duties as assigned.

Minimum of high school diploma or equivalency preferred.

Ability to change and adapt to a fast-moving business environment…technological changes and product advancements require an open mind and flexibility to be successful.
