Responsibilities
Support the trading desk ensuring all trade confirmations have been sent and received
Overseeing the logistical process including contract review, working with counterparties, and ensuring shipment
Coordinate shipment schedules
Post orders and create invoices to be sent out
File claims on damaged goods
Reconciling positions and tracking shipments through internal software and excel
Ensuring compliance on all transactions and identifying risks

Required
Bachelors degree required
Prior commodities experience required
3+ years in logistics/operations
Strong excel skills (vlookups/pivots)
