Responsibilities
Design, develop, and optimize low latency trading systems using C++.
Implement high-performance algorithms and data structures to enhance trading performance.
Work closely with traders and quantitative researchers to understand and implement trading strategies.
Continuously analyze and improve system performance, minimizing latency and maximizing throughput.
Debug and resolve complex issues in a high-pressure trading environment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new features and improvements.

Required
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in developing high-performance, low latency applications in C++.
Strong understanding of computer architecture, networking, and operating systems.
Experience with multi-threading, concurrency, and distributed systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
Preferred
Familiarity with financial markets and trading systems is a plus.
