Responsibilities

Support the development team to build a system with a positive impact.
Help shorten the time it takes to develop critical tools for Agile developers creating AI products.
Streamline software and ML development life cycle from requirements to monitoring in production.
Incorporate open-source tools, automation, and cloud resources to reduce tedious tasks and free up developers to innovate.
Implement continuous integration and delivery to limit manual testing and troubleshooting.

Required

1+ years of experience in an infrastructure, MLOps, data science, software engineering, or application development role
Experience with deep learning, neural networks, or computer vision
Experience with developing in Java, Python, C++, or Go
Experience with scripting in Bash, PowerShell, Python, Groovy, or Ruby
Knowledge of container networking, monitoring, and storage solutions
Ability to develop infrastructure-as-code, including activities around the automated server or network configurations, large-scale software deployments, or monitoring and testing, including continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD)
Ability to obtain a security clearance
Bachelor’s degree

Preferred

2+ years of experience with container tools, including Docker, Kubernetes, or Rancher
2+ years of experience with deploying Kubernetes in a platform or cloud offering, including GCP, AWS, or Azure
Experience with Authority to Operate (ATO) processes for DoD operations
Experience with using or migrating continuous integration (CI) and continuous delivery (CD) pipeline solutions or tools, including GitLab
Experience with system integration using a variety of protocols, including JSON, REST, and XML
Knowledge of cloud and virtualization-based technologies, including Docker, Azure, or Amazon Web Services (AWS)
Knowledge of Linux or UNIX administration and automation and foundational system administration principles
Knowledge of classified environment processes and protocols
Kubernetes Certification
