Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end quality and operational excellence in promotional strategies.

Hire, inspire, and grow high-performing team members

Learn from and innovate closely with world renowned creative teams

Partner with product management and engineering to define and execute on high impact x-functional roadmaps

Lead innovation at Netflix by leveraging the right state-of-the-art methods in statistical analyses, machine learning, and computer vision to solve business problems.

Proven track record of applying machine learning with industrial-scale data

PhD/MS degree in Computer Science or related quantitative field

10 years of industry experience
