Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of machine learning engineers and data scientists.
Oversee the design, development, and deployment of machine learning models to improve digital marketing campaigns and strategies.
Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights and inform marketing decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, data science, and engineering, to identify opportunities for applying machine learning.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and AI, and incorporate these into our digital marketing practices.
Conduct A/B testing and other experimental designs to optimize model performance.
Implement and maintain scalable machine learning pipelines and workflows.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of machine learning models and make improvements as needed.
Drive the strategic vision for machine learning initiatives within the digital marketing domain.
Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.

Required
At least 5 years of experience in machine learning and AI, with a focus on applications in digital marketing.
Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
Strong experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
Solid understanding of statistical methods and data analysis techniques.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, SEO tools).
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred
Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and deep learning techniques.
Proven track record of developing and deploying machine learning models in a production environment.
Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Experience in project management and leading machine learning projects from concept to deployment.
Strong organizational and leadership skills with a strategic mindset.
Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.
