Responsibilities
Design, implement, and manage IAM solutions (Azure AD, Active Directory, SailPoint, ForgeRock, Okta, Ping Identity, CyberArk) to enforce access controls and user authentication across IT infrastructure.
Configure and maintain Active Directory for on-premises user and group management.
Integrate IAM solutions with cloud applications and services.
Automate user provisioning and de-provisioning workflows to streamline access management.
Monitor and maintain IAM health, identify and troubleshoot access-related issues.
Stay up to date on the latest IAM best practices and technologies.
Collaborate with security, application development, and business stakeholders to define and implement IAM policies.
Document IAM processes and procedures for future reference.

Required
Minimum 5 years' experience working with Mainframe Migration and Modernization partners.
Minimum 5 years' experience with modernization techniques such as rehosting, reengineering, refactoring, or re-platforming.
Minimum 7 years' experience in mainframe technologies and modernization strategies.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If associate degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience).
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum 3+ years of experience in IAM design, implementation, and administration.
Experience with one or more of the following IAM solutions: Azure AD, Active Directory SailPoint Identity, ForgeRock, Okta, Ping Identity, CyberArk.
Understanding of IAM concepts, including access control models (RBAC, ABAC), authentication protocols, and identity lifecycle management.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred
Strong leadership skills with a track record of leading successful transformation projects and managing teams.
In-depth understanding of legacy mainframe systems and associated technologies.
Familiarity with cloud technologies / Service providers (AWS, Azure & GCP)
Experience with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell) for automation is a plus.
