Responsibilities
Establishes quality standards and expectations for preventative and reactive maintenance service
Audits the preventative maintenance program for completion and effectiveness of the program
Directs the installation or relocation of capital equipment
Keeps accurate records of equipment, maintenance history and technical information on processes, plans and equipment
Leads the upgrade and rebuilds of manufacturing equipment by utilizing technology to provide process improvement and manufacturing cost reductions
Supports and assists with capital and engineering projects

Required
5+ years’ experience in electrical/mechanical maintenance field
5+ years’ experience in leading a team
Proficient in reading blueprints and schematics
Proficient in welding and fabrication
Familiarity of local State Electrical Codes and power distribution systems
Ability to repair hydraulic and pneumatic machinery, equipment, and tools
Proficient with standard desktop Microsoft applications including but not limited to, Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel and proficient in HRIS
Ability to collaborate and communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing, at all levels of the organization
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
Familiarity with Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machinery
