Responsibilities

Manage the scheduling and assigning of planned and unplanned equipment maintenance; supervise and train maintenance technicians

Coordinate maintenance activities with Engineering and Production; proactively address areas for improvement and work with leadership to implement solutions

Manage and track inventory of maintenance parts, tools and equipment

Maintain relationships with and evaluate suppliers; place orders for maintenance inventory materials as needed

Track equipment calibration

Plant machinery includes mechanical, hydraulic, electrical/electronic, and pneumatic components

Utilize maintenance management system to enter, update and track all work orders and equipment maintenance history

Track and analyze all Maintenance data and prepare periodic reports

Adhere to all Safety regulations and ensure a safe working environment for all employees

Required

Must have 5+ years of experience in the manufacturing industry as a Maintenance or Reliability Engineer, Supervisor or Manager, with experience troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems and machinery

Must have a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

Strong communication and leadership/management skills
