Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers, technicians, and maintenance staff.
Establish and implement training programs for staff development and skill enhancement.
Foster a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and accountability.
Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
Oversee daily maintenance activities to ensure timely and effective resolution of equipment issues.
Manage maintenance budgets, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Lead engineering projects from conception to completion, including new equipment installations, process improvements, and facility upgrades.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for recurring equipment failures.
Collaborate with production, quality, and safety teams to optimize processes and equipment performance.

Required
Education: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or chemical engineering or a related field.
Experience: 7 years of experience in maintenance and engineering roles, with at least 5 years in a managerial position.
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, industrial equipment, and facilities management. Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership, team building, and project management skills. Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
