Responsibilities

Perform tasks in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, air conditioning, and refrigeration work at the journeyman level.

Complete plumbing projects and ensure the safety of outdoor grounds by clearing snow and ice from sidewalks and maintaining grass.

Support the maintenance of buildings and structures to ensure safety and functionality.

Required

Two years of experience as a Maintenance Repairman 1; or

Four years of experience in building and plant maintenance work, which has involved at least two of the building, electrical, or mechanical trades; or

Any equivalent combination of experience and training that affords the applicant with the Required Knowledges, Skills, and Abilities.

Possession of a valid Class C non-commercial driver's license.

Must meet the PA residency requirement.

Must be able to perform essential job functions.

A conditional offer of employment will require a medical examination.

Submission and approval of satisfactory criminal history reports, including but not limited to, PA State Police and FBI clearance.
