Responsibilities
Lead delivery on deployment and migration projects
Interface with Clients in a presales capacity to find opportunities and scope projects
Provide third-level support to Clients
Provide strong customer service while working with Clients on-site or remote
Find opportunities to drive additional value to our clients while working with them
Architect projects for other members of the delivery team to complete
Delivers technical support on client contracts
Provides day-to-day technical, project, and process support and expertise to the client team

Required
5+ years of prior consulting experience
Strong experience (typically 3+ years) supporting Office 365, Windows PowerShell, Active Directory, Exchange Server, and Intune
Ability to establish and nurture strong internal and client-driven relationships and work seamlessly within a collaborative environment
Preferred
Active industry certifications are helpful/preferred
