Responsibilities

Reviewing acquisition requests to ensure compliance with applicable policies and procedures.

Tracking the status of acquisition packages and communicating with customers throughout the acquisition process.

Preparing and maintaining reports and records to include capturing, analyzing, detailing, and updating project information (status, metrics, outputs, etc.)

Facilitating meetings to include scheduling and capturing, distilling, and distributing meeting minutes.

Required

A minimum of three or more (3+) years of direct experience managing or providing support for the management of a financial portfolio, preferably 1-3 years of experience in federal government consulting.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to articulate information in an effective manner.

Well organized and detail-oriented with the ability to self-direct multiple work requirements simultaneously.

Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite of tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Minimum Bachelor's degree.

Public Trust; U.S. Citizenship required (NO EXCEPTIONS)
