Responsibilities
Interact and work effectively with various levels of management and staff including high level executives, administrative and program management personnel both internally and externally; and facilitate communication through all levels of staff by functioning as a liaison between internal departments, senior management, and customers.
Prepare a variety of management and administrative studies to analyze and evaluate internal procedures, policies, processes and systems for the purpose of improving efficiency.
Provide program and operations support to include planning and development of deliverables, tracking milestones, managing timelines, preparing status reports, monitoring progress to ensure adherence to deadlines and providing logistical and operational support.
Review and comment on new or proposed changes to existing policies, procedures or systems.
Prepare reports in the areas of budget, procurement, HR, travel, etc.
Review policy and regulation that governs the activities performed in the program.
Prepare reports and presentations for meetings.
Research and suggest developing areas of management policy.
Perform in-depth analysis and statistical comparison of organizational data and information.
Mentor and train junior management analysts.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Administration, Human Resources and Personnel Management, Miscellaneous Business & Medical Administration, or General Business
Executive level support
Meeting coordination
Meeting minutes/summary reports
Data analysis
Travel planning
Experience in interacting effectively with various levels of management and staff
Experience in preparing management and administrative studies
Experience in reviewing and commenting on policies, procedures, and systems
Experience in preparing reports in areas such as budget, procurement, HR, and travel
Experience in reviewing policies and regulations
Experience in preparing reports and presentations for meetings
Experience in researching and suggesting areas of management policy
Experience in performing in-depth analysis and statistical comparison of organizational data and information
Experience in mentoring and training junior management analysts
Preferred
Certifications or licenses related to management analysis
Experience with SharePoint, MS Office, and WebEx
