Responsibilities
Functions as a Management Analyst with basic knowledge of management systems techniques, processes, and technology.
Analyzes management information requirements to develop program or administrative reporting systems.
Analyzes administrative processes and/or office programs.
Writes reports, letters, and other documents for management programs and policies.
Assists in developing new or revised management systems or procedures.
Performs administrative and financial analysis.
Provides research, spreadsheet development, data collection, and analysis.
Prepares various recurring reports such as monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
Provides day-to-day support in diverse program activities and projects.
Requires supervision and has limited opportunity to exercise independent judgment and initiative.

Required
Associate’s degree preferred and five (5) years relevant experience.
Must possess excellent command of the English language and excellent writing skills.
Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft applications (MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
Maintains professional competence and specialized knowledge base by keeping abreast of emerging themes and best practices.
Basic knowledge of and skill in applying analytical and evaluative techniques in order to carry out studies and analyses of management functions or programs.
Knowledge of substantive programs, goals, pertinent laws, and policies in order to analyze and assemble information; and basic knowledge of management and organizational techniques, systems and procedures to perform analytical studies.
Preferred
Department of State experience preferred.
