Responsibilities

Engage in knowledge sharing, streamlined operations and efficient program delivery across regional and HQ offices.
Ensure continuous improvement in operations and program effectiveness.
Collect, analyze, and consolidate data to assess resource needs, and alignment with goals.
Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses in collaboration with regional and HQ program offices.
Review and edit documents, draft reports, and presentations.
Represent TRS on interagency groups.
Develop Contract Requirements to support Regional Services programs and projects.
Serve as the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) to manage contract tasks.

SELECTIVE SERVICE: Males born after 12/31/1959 must be registered for the Selective Service.
GOVERNMENT TRAVEL CARD: This position involves travel. A government contractor-issued travel card will be issued and must be retained for official business only.
REMOTE WORK: This position may be eligible for remote work, which does not require reporting to the agency worksite location on a regular basis. If selected for a remote work location, you will be required to sign a remote work agreement detailing agency remote work policy requirements, working conditions, and expectations for the position.
PCS/RELOCATION/RECRUITMENT: Permanent Change of Station (PCS), Relocation, and Recruitment Incentive authorization varies by position/selection and a service agreement may be required.
PROBATIONARY PERIOD: Applicants may be required to successfully complete a one-year probationary period (unless already completed).
To qualify for the Grade 14, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equal or equivalent to the GS-13, it must include: Experience managing resources and programs, driving operational planning initiatives, fostering organizational improvements, and streamlining program delivery.
Experience providing data analysis and contract management to include developing objectives, overseeing contractor performance, and aligning efforts with contractual goals.
Experience contributing towards agencywide policies directly affecting efficiency and effectiveness of an organization.
Reasoning - Identifies rules, principles, or relationships that explain facts, data, or other information; analyzes information and makes correct inferences or draws accurate conclusions.
Influencing/Negotiating - Persuades others; builds consensus through give and take; gains cooperation from others to obtain information and accomplish goals.
