Responsibilities
Works as the technical lead of FSA Customer Relations Management products, eligibility determination processing, services, programs, and projects.
Conducts qualitative and quantitative analysis evaluation activities to determine the standards and requirements needed to facilitate FSA Customer Relations Management; eligibility determination testing management; and processing production issue management.
Develops customer relations management plans, processes, procedures and eligibility determination project lifecycle activities, including documentation reviews and test case development.
Uses qualitative and quantitative methods to assess progress toward program goals and objectives.

Required
Must be a US Citizen
Males 18 and over must be registered with the Selective Service
May be required to successfully complete a one-year probationary period
Must be determined suitable for federal employment
This position is eligible for telework

Experience in assessing Title IV programs, specifically Public Service Loan forgiveness needs, provides guidance, resolves problems, and provides quality control of our product services
Experience with FSA’s customer relations management system (CRM)
Experience providing and developing quantitative and qualitative methods to identify problems in operations and procedures for Public Service Loan Forgiveness
